Pilgrims Hall is running a five week Bible Study Module in June/July geared towards Christians, which will unpack key components of the Gospel of salvation.
What does it really mean to be saved? How does salvation come about? How do we explain our salvation? This series will cover the following*:
The Bible
Its trustworthiness as the Holy Scriptures being the sole source of divine revelation upon which the Christian faith rests.
Grace
God’s free grace to sinners in which he pardons sins, accepts and accounts people as righteous in his sight.
Christ
Being the only way of salvation for man; accepting, receiving and resting upon Christ alone for justification, sanctification and eternal life.
Faith
Being made right with God—justified—by faith alone and not by any human effort.
God
That everything including the works of creation and redemption, and the person and work of Jesus Christ are for the glory of God.
