New Trustees

As you may be aware four trustees stepped down earlier this year after serving faithfully for many years, and this has provided a natural opportunity for a new team to be appointed. Kevin Gilderson has joined as the new Chair of Trustees and three other Trustees have also been appointed – Ben Alltimes, Bernard Elkin and Andrew Wilkinson, who all live in the Brentwood area and attend local churches.

The new Trustees are united in their desire to engage more with local churches and Pastors and for Pilgrims Hall to fulfill its mission by providing ministry which both complements and supplements current church activities and events.

Vision for Pilgrims Hall

1. To provide a welcoming Christian Ministry & Resource Centre in beautiful surroundings, serving churches, Christian organisations and individuals in particularly Brentwood but also in Essex and East London

2. To provide an Outreach and Teaching role as a venue facilitating regular events and gatherings that hold out the Gospel and help build the church in the region.

Open Day 2nd August 10am - 3pm

To learn more about the “relaunched” Pilgrims Hall, we would like to invite you to a “drop-in” Open Day at the Hall on Saturday 2nd August, from 10am–3pm.

This will give you the opportunity to meet the staff, volunteers and new Trustees, who would love to show you around the building and grounds, and answer any questions you might have. Light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP by dropping me a quick line to kevin.gilderson@gmail.com

Residential Couple Opening

As we say goodbye to Garry and Katariina we are looking to replace them with a Christian couple to help run the building, events and support in the day to day operations and ministry events. If you’d like to find out more please email Andrew Wilkinson on Andrew2026@yahoo.co.uk.

Financial Support

We have a list of projects and resources requirements that the Hall needs to spend money on but we have limited financial resources. If you feel able to make a one-off gift or make a regular donation please click the button below. Thank you.

General ‘odd jobs’ such as cleaning, tidying, Ironing, laundry, manning the bookshop or serving at the ‘Rendezvous’ tearoom.

Every blessing,
