Pilgrims Hall is not immune to the cost-of-living increases that are impacting homes and churches nationwide. Consequently, we have reluctantly made the decision to make modest price increases for our rooms and facilities from January 1st 2026. New prices will be as follows:

Quiet Day and Overnight Retreats
Day Retreats:
Two comfortably furnished rooms are available for quiet day retreats. Tea and coffee is provided in the rooms, along with a microwave for preparing light snacks.
Rooms are available:
- Tuesdays to Fridays, 9.30am to 5pm
- Saturdays, 9am to 5pm

Overnight retreats:
We have two single and three twin rooms available for quiet overnight retreats, each with a dedicated bathroom. The rooms are self-catering and are well equipped with bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery. There is also a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave for your use.
- Available Tuesday to Sunday
- Arrival time: 2pm to 10pm
- Departure time: 10am (3pm on Sundays)
- No arrivals Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Minimum stay: Two nights

Grounds

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and, once paid, bookings are generally non-transferable. However, should the need for possible cancellation or transfer arise we would consider returning your deposit if the room is able to be rebooked to another group. In the event of late cancellation or transfer (within one month of the required date), the full charge for the intended booking may be invoiced.
